FAQ
Can the chauffeur stay during dinner or an event?
Yes. The car and chauffeur stay dedicated to you for the full booking.
What if we run over the time we booked?
We keep going where the schedule allows and bill the extra time in 15-minute increments at the same rate.
Can we combine vehicles?
Yes. SUVs and vans combine for groups of virtually any size.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled ride and there is no charge.
Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the full amount is due. Inside 24 hours, the full fare is due.
Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. If your plans change, call the dispatcher rather than cancelling online and we will do what we can.
Is there a charge for waiting time?
Every pickup includes a 15 minute grace period at no charge. After that, waiting is billed in 15 minute increments: $150 per hour for the GMC Yukon XL and $240 per hour for the Ford Transit van.
Flights are tracked, so if your aircraft is delayed your pickup time moves with it and the clock does not start early.
