Why the long hauls carry a flat fare

Denver is a four-and-a-half hour drive each way over two mountain passes. The rate covers the chauffeur’s full day and the return leg, which is why it is quoted as one figure rather than by the hour.

Additional charges

Quoted with the fare rather than added afterwards. Waiting time includes a grace period of 15 minutes at no charge; billing starts after that. Flights are tracked, so a delayed aircraft moves your pickup time with it.

A 4% credit card processing fee will be applied to reservations and invoices with a total value of $2,000 or more. To avoid this fee, payment may be made via bank transfer.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled ride and there is no charge.

Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the full amount is due. Inside 24 hours, the full fare is due.

Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. If your plans change, call the dispatcher rather than cancelling online and we will do what we can.

Is there a charge for waiting time?

There is a grace period of 15 minutes at no charge. After that, waiting time is billed at $150 per hour for the SUV and $240 per hour for the van.

Flights are tracked, so if your aircraft is delayed your pickup time moves with it.
